• Our Remote Valve Actuation solution automates and streamlines the operation of valves by installing electric actuators on critical pipelines. Traditionally, workers spend significant time traveling to distant sites simply to manually open or close valves - a process that can consume hours each day. Data Acquisition & Transmission

• Each actuator is paired with one of our PLC's, which continuously monitors the valve’s current state (open or closed) and enables remote operation. The PLC collects real-time status data and records every actuation event, whether performed locally or remotely.
• Once the data is collected, it's transmitted via a robust satellite network directly to the cloud. Automated alerts and reports can then be generated and delivered to stakeholders.

Integration & Retrofit Options

• Our system is designed for seamless integration with a wide range of existing pipeline infrastructure. Actuators are carefully selected and sized to match your specific valve and pipeline requirements.
